Terms and Conditions
for Build your Yo-Yo Gang
1. Mother Dairy Foods Processing Ltd. (MDFPL) reserves
the right to change any/all prize(s)/ gift(s) for this
contest.
2. The decision of MDFPL regarding the winner(s) and the
prizes offered shall be final and binding on the participants.
3. The winning participant will be informed by email.
In case the email id used / provided by the participant
is incorrect, or the email is not delivered due to any
reason, MDFPL will not be liable for the same.
4. The winning participant will have to provide full name
and correct mailing address, to enable MDFPL to dispatch
the prize.
5. The winning participant shall be mailed a gift hamper
containing 4 game CDs and one joystick. In case the hamper
is lost/misplaced by the postal/ courier service, MDFPL
shall not be liable for the same.
6. MDFPL shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency
in the quality/performance of the gifts.
7. All disputes regarding the contest are subject to the
jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.

Contest
1. Mother Dairy Foods Processing Ltd. (MDFPL) reserves
the right to change any/all prize(s)/ gift(s) for this
contest.
2. The decision of MDFPL regarding the winner(s) and the
prizes offered shall be final and binding on the participants.
3. The prize(s) for the contest shall be awarded to the
first 200 correct entries received by MDFPL on Ab Chupaoge
Kahaan Contest form
4. The correct answer shall have to be accompanied by
the full name and correct mailing address of the participant
to enable MDFPL to dispatch the prize(s).
5. The winning participant shall be mailed a prize coupon
indicating the surprise gift/prize. In case the address
provided by the participant is incorrect or the coupon
is lost/misplaced by the postal/courier service, MDFPL
shall not be liable for the same.
6. All disputes regarding the contest are subject to the
jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
